Employee, under the supervision of the Human Capital Management Administrator 1/Human Resources Director, is responsible for the planning and coordinating of recruitment functions for professional and paraprofessional staff in assigned areas; assisting with all Agency job audits; and provides assistance to the Human Capital Management Administrator 1/Human Resources Director in meeting personnel objectives. The employee will help the agency achieve CFSR standards and help ensure service delivery that focuses on Safety, Permanency and Well-being for the families served by the agency.
