Requirements

• College degree
• Knowledge and experience in customer service/operations in payroll and human resource functions.
• Strong phone and web-based customer service skills
• Strong verbal and written skills
• Organization and time management skills

Responsibilities

• Manage your own "book" of clients to ensure that payrolls are processed accurately and according to daily deadlines
• Assist clients with training and ongoing use of our web-based HCM product ISolved
• Help Clients analyze payroll reports and develop reporting to assist clients in better understanding payroll data
• Work directly under company management to further enhance payroll knowledge and become an expert in the field
