About The Position

The HUD Social Services Coordinator supports the HUD Property Manager in the daily operations of a federally subsidized senior housing community. This role focuses on resident service coordination, HUD compliance support, and connecting residents with community-based resources to promote successful aging in place.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to understand and comply with HUD regulations
  • Valid AZ driver’s license and ability to drive company vehicles
  • Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with seniors, housing programs, or social services preferred

Responsibilities

  • Support the HUD Property Manager with day-to-day administrative and compliance operations
  • Coordinate resident services, referrals, and case management activities
  • Maintain resident files, certifications, and documentation in accordance with HUD regulations
  • Serve as a liaison between residents and community service providers
  • Assist with reporting, audits, and HUD-required documentation
  • Promote a welcoming, supportive environment for residents
