About The Position

We are looking for a HubSpot-focused marketing professional to support a growing volume of onboarding and retainer work across active client accounts. In this role, HubSpot will be the main priority, while paid media support across channels such as Google Ads and Meta Ads will serve as a strong secondary area. The position is ideal for someone who can contribute across CRM and marketing execution, help reduce production bottlenecks, and support ongoing work across multiple client projects. Strong English skills are preferred due to potential client-facing exposure.

Requirements

  • Strong working knowledge of HubSpot is required.
  • Experience supporting paid media efforts, including Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Strong English skills are preferred for roles with potential client-facing exposure.

Nice To Haves

  • Working knowledge of GoHighLevel is a plus.
  • Experience supporting onboarding and/or retainer-based client work is preferred.
  • Senior-level candidates interested in part-time work may also be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Support HubSpot onboarding projects and ongoing retainer work across active client accounts.
  • Contribute to the execution of CRM and marketing-related tasks with HubSpot as the primary focus.
  • Provide secondary support across paid media efforts, including Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Assist with GoHighLevel-related work as part of the broader client workload.
  • Help reduce production bottlenecks by supporting the team across multiple ongoing projects.
  • Collaborate on client-facing work when needed, particularly in accounts requiring strong English communication.
