About The Position

Cybba is hiring a HubSpot Administrator to own the day-to-day administration, governance, and operational performance of our HubSpot CRM. This is a hands-on technical role focused on CRM hygiene, automation, reporting, and platform enablement across our US, Brazil, and Mexico sales operations. You will serve as the internal HubSpot expert and the primary point of contact for sales tech integrations, ensuring HubSpot operates reliably and connects cleanly with the rest of our sales technology stack including Gong, Seamless.ai, Chili Piper, and adjacent tools.

Requirements

  • 5 + years administering HubSpot CRM in a B2B technology or SaaS environment
  • Strong working knowledge of HubSpot workflows, automation, and CRM governance
  • Comfort working with data, APIs, and system integrations between SaaS platforms
  • Experience supporting sales organizations with CRM tooling
  • Fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish
  • Based in Brazil or Mexico

Nice To Haves

  • HubSpot certifications across one or more hubs: Marketing, Sales, Operations, CMS, Reporting, AI
  • Experience integrating HubSpot with data warehouses, marketing automation systems, or BI platforms (Looker, Tableau, QuickSight )
  • Hands-on experience with sales technology tools such as Gong, Seamless.ai, Chili Piper, or Apollo
  • Familiarity with data lake architectures (S3, Athena) or middleware platforms (Zapier, Workato , Tray.io)

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day administration of HubSpot, including user management, permissions, and platform configuration
  • Maintain CRM data quality through deduplication, record completeness rules, and lifecycle stage accuracy
  • Enforce CRM process standards, audit protocols, and documentation
  • Monitor platform health and resolve issues before they impact sales operations
  • Build and maintain HubSpot workflows for lead routing, pipeline governance, and lifecycle management
  • Implement automated controls that ensure process compliance and reduce manual data entry
  • Document automation logic clearly for ongoing maintainability
  • Develop and maintain dashboards across pipeline health, conversion performance, attribution, and team productivity
  • Standardize data definitions and reporting frameworks to ensure consistency across the organization
  • Provide ad-hoc reporting and data extracts to support sales leadership decision-making
  • Serve as the internal point person for integrations between HubSpot and the broader sales tech stack
  • Configure and maintain connections with tools such as Gong (conversation intelligence), Seamless.ai (prospecting), and Chili Piper (scheduling)
  • Partner with data and engineering teams on integrations with data warehouses and BI platforms
  • Troubleshoot integration issues, monitor data flow integrity, and surface improvement opportunities
  • Enable sales teams on HubSpot capabilities including Breeze AI, sequences, and deal management tooling
  • Drive adoption through training, documentation, and structured onboarding for new features
  • Identify and eliminate friction in seller workflows through platform optimization
