About The Position

AutoZone is hiring a Hub Delivery Driver to make efficient, on-time deliveries while supporting commercial customers and store operations. The driver uses company-provided vehicles to transport automotive parts; a CDL is not required. The position also includes customer assistance in-store between deliveries, as well as return processing, restocking, and support for store merchandising standards. The role requires a customer-focused approach, safe and professional vehicle operation, adherence to delivery processes and fleet guidelines, and collaboration with store managers, teammates, and commercial customers. Drivers complete daily vehicle checklists, maintain vehicle cleanliness, report maintenance issues, and keep required delivery documentation. Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old.
Valid driver's license and compliance with AutoZone driver safety requirements.
Basic knowledge of automotive parts.
Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise.
Availability for a full-time flexible schedule, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.
Previous experience in automotive retail.
Valid Hazardous Materials (Hazmat) endorsement.

Responsibilities

Provide friendly, professional customer service during deliveries and communicate effectively with customers.
Collaborate with store managers, teammates, and commercial customers to support smooth operations.
Follow delivery processes and fleet safety guidelines to ensure accurate, on-time routes.
Drive company vehicles to deliver automotive parts to commercial customers and AutoZone stores, and maintain delivery documentation.
Follow company policies, safety protocols, and fleet PPE guidelines to support accident-free transportation.
Complete daily vehicle checklists, keep vehicles clean, and report maintenance issues promptly.
Support store merchandising standards as needed.
Pick up returns, process merchandise, and accurately restock items from route deliveries.
Assist DIY customers in-store between deliveries by locating merchandise, sharing product knowledge, and offering installation services.
Stay informed about current automotive promotions through AutoZone systems.
