The HUB Coordinator will oversee all hub operations at assigned facility locations, ensuring that hub facilities meet the standards agreed with the customer regarding protection protocols and security. This role involves managing storage infrastructure for DDC fleet vehicles and accommodating APR vehicle needs. The coordinator will also oversee vehicle reception, coordinate vehicle setup, maintenance schedules, and minor inspection checks. Additionally, they will manage the implementation of required vehicle system updates and software, monitor vehicle uptime, and address maintenance needs promptly. A key part of the role is route planning and optimization to maximize data collection effectiveness and continuously optimize routes based on performance data and collection targets. The HUB Coordinator will also provide team support, including completion of various control sheets, assigning daily shifts, supporting dispatch operations (multiple shifts per day, 7 days/week), monitoring personnel performance using the Samsara tool, supporting training and onboarding, ensuring personnel meet qualifications, and handling conflict resolution to maintain positive team morale. Data handling and quality assurance are also critical, involving orchestration and monitoring of data handling operations, managing the collection and secure transportation of recorded data storage media, and monitoring daily data collection progress against monthly targets.
