About The Position
This role tracks inbound aircraft to assign offload crews and containers, aiming to balance productivity at unload areas. It also involves coordinating information flow regarding hub operations and sortation. The position is a non-covered safety-sensitive role requiring constant alertness and safe work practices.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/G.E.D.
- Excellent customer relations and communication skills are required
- Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner
- Microsoft Office knowledge
- Ability to type
- Proficient in standard computer systems and software
- Computer literacy is a must
Nice To Haves
- One (1) year hub operations experience is preferred
Responsibilities
- Tracks inbound aircraft for the purpose of assigning offload crews to the aircraft and assign containers to the inputs to balance productivity at the unload areas
- Coordinates the flow of information regarding flow control inside the hub and information regarding sort down
- Performs other duties as assigned
