About The Position

This role is responsible for the scheduling, processing, and production of product in a manufacturing environment. The operator will monitor and operate the HTST system according to PMO standards, including the daily use of computers and HMI systems. They will also be responsible for monitoring and adjusting milk unloading schedules, coordinating CIP systems, and coordinating chocolate batching. The position requires identifying process issues and deviations, escalating them to management, and adhering to all company safety procedures and guidelines. This includes using personal protective equipment, operating machinery safely, reporting hazards, and actively participating in safety trainings and drills. The role also emphasizes continuous improvement of safety protocols, maintaining cleanliness, and demonstrating awareness of surroundings for the safety of oneself and others. Successful accomplishment of work assignments involves prioritizing tasks, collaborating effectively with managers, coworkers, and business partners, communicating progress, identifying improvement opportunities, and adapting to change. Compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards is essential. Requirements

  • Manufacturing or production environment experience.
  • Working with hazard analysis and critical control points (HACCP).
  • Working with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Working with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requirements.
  • Working with Safe Quality Food (SQF) requirements.
