This role is responsible for the scheduling, processing, and production of product in a manufacturing environment. The operator will monitor and operate the HTST system according to PMO standards, including the daily use of computers and HMI systems. They will also be responsible for monitoring and adjusting milk unloading schedules, coordinating CIP systems, and coordinating chocolate batching. The position requires identifying process issues and deviations, escalating them to management, and adhering to all company safety procedures and guidelines. This includes using personal protective equipment, operating machinery safely, reporting hazards, and actively participating in safety trainings and drills. The role also emphasizes continuous improvement of safety protocols, maintaining cleanliness, and demonstrating awareness of surroundings for the safety of oneself and others.
