About The Position

The HSES Administrator/Coordinator is an individual contributor role reporting directly to the HSES Manager. This position supports the management and execution of Health, Safety, Environment, and Security (HSES) programs through hands-on, tactical responsibilities with an emphasis on reporting, data integrity, document control, and administrative coordination. HSES Coordinator must be detail-oriented, organized, proficient with computer-based systems, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic manufacturing environment. HSES Coordinator is a full-time, non-exempt position, sitting on-site at the Bowling Green facility.

Requirements

  • Highschool diploma or equivalent from an accredited school
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products
  • Experience with data entry
  • Experience with document control

Responsibilities

  • Assist in implementing HSES programs and initiatives in alignment with facility compliance requirements, the Responsible Care Management System, and site/corporate objectives.
  • Collect, analyze, and prepare data for regulatory, compliance, and internal HSES reporting.
  • Track, follow up, and support closure of action items arising from audits, regulatory visits, inspections, and internal assessments.
  • Maintain HSES communications, including Toolbox Talks and other safety-related messaging.
  • Manage HSES SharePoint sites, departmental files, and document control processes, ensuring accurate records management.
  • Maintain the site’s Safety Data Sheet (SDS) program.
  • Administer the safety shoe program, safety glasses program, and respiratory testing program.
  • Oversee PPE inventory levels, purchase orders, and general supply needs for the HSES Department.
  • Support visitor access processes, including badge assignment, required safety training verification, and escorting visitors when necessary.
  • Coordinate other security-related access needs as appropriate and with HSES Manager direction.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
  • Perform daily SAP data entry including batch tickets, drumming logs, and other required production documentation.
  • Scan, index, and organize Production and Truck Loading paperwork daily; scan Warehouse and Training documents as needed.
  • Coordinate support and troubleshoot Cintas, Fastenal, and Konica Minolta printer services.
  • Process invoices in SAP and manage accruals for items not completed within the billing month.
  • Order and maintain office supplies for the front office and shared administrative areas.
  • Update, organize, and maintain miscellaneous employee files and records.
  • Assist with coordination of onsite or visitor-related food orders, catering arrangements, and deliveries.
  • Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.
