The HSE Specialist will provide direct HSE advice and support to operational management to ensure HSE improvements are implemented. This role involves developing practical processes to reduce HSE risks, coordinating with facility leadership on HSE programs, and assisting with the creation of impactful HSE campaigns. The specialist will also prepare health and safety plans, provide guidance on HSE performance, monitor KPIs, and conduct regular communication meetings with leadership. A key aspect of the role is assessing legislative requirements and ensuring compliance, as well as assisting in the development and delivery of HSE trainings. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of health and safety legislation and industry developments is crucial. The role also includes performing other duties as assigned by the line manager.
