The HSE Specialist will maintain ownership and responsibility of existing HSE program initiatives and improvements. This role involves evaluating, identifying, recommending, sourcing, communicating, trialing, training managers and employees, updating policy, and auditing. The specialist will ensure effective compliance with existing company policy and identify and implement new policy as needed, applying an analytical, detail-oriented approach to maintaining safety programs. They will create SOPs for equipment and operations, communicate thoroughly and honestly with the team and customers, and support HSE compliance at 3 existing locations.
