About The Position

The HSE Representative will be responsible for HSE inspections, hazard recognition, performing HSE meetings, record keeping. This role involves monitoring the facility’s machinery, equipment, and overall working conditions to ensure compliance with safety regulations. The representative will conduct regular safety inspections, assist with testing equipment to identify potential hazards, and support the development and implementation of safety policies and procedures. Maintaining accurate safety records and reports, conducting safety orientations for new hires, and assisting with safety meetings and trainings are also key aspects of this position.

Requirements

Working experience within an industrial or manufacturing setting with shipyard experience.
Must be highly motivated and proficient in using MS office applications (MS Excel, MS Word, etc.).
Good communication skills including written and oral communications.

Nice To Haves

3 months of working experience in the HSE field a plus
Oracle experience is a plus.
Basic knowledge of safety techniques and first aid is a plus.
EMT, First Responder and First Aid Training is a plus.

Responsibilities
