Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in occupational safety, Engineering, Manufacturing, Environmental, or a related technical discipline.
  • 3-5 years of previous HSE experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA, NFPA, NIOSH, ANSI, NEC, TCEQ, and EPA regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor the leadership team by providing technical guidance, overseeing HSE activiites, and supporting site safety initiatives.
  • Be responsible for driving compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations, policies, and training programs across the facility.
  • Assess and reduce risk through hazard analyses, risk assessments, machine guarding initiatives, and proactive safety improvements.
  • Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence and strengthen workplace safety performance.
  • Partner with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, and OEMs to ensure safe equipment, processes, and continuous improvement of HSE programs.
