Our salary range for this role is $87,000 - $117,000, reflecting the anticipated base salary for a fully qualified candidate at the time of posting. Employee and Family Assistance Program Position Summary Reporting to the Canadian HSE Director; the Oshawa HSE Manager is responsible for the development and maintenance of Health and Safety, and Environmental programs within the Oshawa and USA Installations Operations. The Oshawa HSE Manager will participate in cross functional teams to drive safety, continuous improvement, waste reduction, and environmental sustainability. The Oshawa HSE Manager provides guidance to the organization from policy creation to operational HSE plans and implementation. This role is to effectively and efficiently manage the development and direction of the HSE team. The Oshawa HSE Manager will ensure that all Oshawa facilities as well as the USA installations operations are following applicable Federal, State/provincial, and Municipal EHS regulatory requirements.
