HSE Intern
About The Position
MAHLE is a global company and a leading international supplier to the automotive industry. The HSE Intern position reports to the Head of Plant Administration and is responsible for the entry of HSE data into a cloud-based software solution to track health and safety, environmental, and sustainability management requirements. The role involves using data management tools, beta testing newly released HSE data modules, developing work instructions and training materials, interfacing with plant personnel to resolve system issues, and developing reports and presentations for business unit, regional, and global leadership teams. The intern will also assist with other assigned HSE projects. Requirements
- Enrolled in a Bachelor Degree program, preferrably related to Safey, Environmental Science, Industrial Magement
- Computer literate in MS Office & Data Management Systems
- Warehouse or Manufacturing Facility experience
- Strong Problem Solving
Responsibilities
- Use data management tools to record, analyze, and communicate HSE performance
- Beta test newly released HSE data modules
- Develop work instructions and training materials to support business objectives
- Interface with plant personnel to resolve system issues
- Develop reports and presentations for business unit, regional, and global leadership teams
- Assist with other HSE projects as assigned
