ALASKA HSE ADVISOR
About The Position
The HSE Advisor serves as the on-site Health, Safety, and Environmental professional supporting drilling and field operations across the Alaska North Slope. This position is responsible for promoting a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, supporting incident prevention and investigation efforts, and providing leadership and coaching to field personnel on safe work practices. The HSE Advisor partners closely with rig management, operations leadership, and client representatives to identify hazards, mitigate risk, and ensure safe execution of all work activities.
