About The Position

The HSA Bulk Transfers Coordinator manages Healthcare Savings Account asset transfer projects from initiation through completion, helping employer groups and participants experience accurate, timely, and successful transitions. The role builds relationships with employer groups and prior custodians, coordinates project milestones, and ensures assets are posted, reconciled, and available on schedule. It also supports priority requests and internal ticket queues, process improvements and automation, and strategic client and departmental initiatives related to HSA transfer programs.

Requirements

Ability to use data-driven decision-making to achieve results.
Relevant education and/or equivalent professional experience preferred.

Nice To Haves

Two or more years of relevant professional experience preferred.
Experience leading or speaking on behalf of teams or business initiatives preferred.
Exposure to project management methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or PMBOK is a plus.
Experience supporting engagement initiatives is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage HSA transfer projects from initiation through completion, maintaining accuracy, service quality, and client satisfaction.
Build partnerships with employer groups and prior custodians and serve as a knowledgeable resource during asset transfers.
Coordinate key milestones, track progress, and ensure HSA assets are posted, reconciled, and available on schedule.
Identify process improvements, reduce inefficiencies, and support automation initiatives.
Manage priority support requests and internal ticket queues, resolving issues in a timely manner and meeting service-level commitments.
Contribute to strategic client and departmental initiatives to expand engagement in HSA transfer programs and support organizational growth.
