About The Position
Conestoga Valley School District is seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Varsity Assistant Wrestling Coach to support the Head Coach in all aspects of the high school wrestling program. The successful candidate will assist in planning and conducting practices, supporting meet-day preparation and strategy, mentoring student-athletes, and helping guide the team through a competitive and character-building season. A strong commitment to teamwork, sportsmanship, and the development of both athletic and life skills in student-athletes is essential.

Nice To Haves
- Previous experience coaching wrestling at the high school or junior high level
- Strong knowledge of wrestling fundamentals, match strategies, and team management
- Ability to effectively mentor and support student-athletes
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
