Due to rapid growth, we are seeking a remote Jr. HRO Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be a primary point of contact for clients, utilizing UKG Pro to provide ongoing HR solutions and improve customer teams by offering HR support tailored to their specific business needs.

Requirements

Exposure to HRIS systems
Experience with Microsoft Office
Ability to work fully remote and travel as needed for client work.

Nice To Haves

A completed Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University
Experience using UKG Pro
Experience working in an HR Department

Responsibilities

Understand the inner workings of UKG Pro and use that understanding to serve our clients’ needs
Build a foundation on how to provide a consultative approach by partnering with clients to produce exceptional results while building trust and commitment
Build meaningful relationships with our clients and advise them how to best use their UKG systems
Partner with others internally to support customer needs spanning across multiple service types
