The Role The HRIT Systems Analyst is a strategic and technical leader responsible for managing and optimizing systems that support Recruiting, On/Offboarding, Talent Development, and People Analytics. This role ensures seamless integration across SaaS platforms like Workday, recruiting systems, learning systems, and home grown systems in latest technology stack while driving governance, analytics, and user experience improvements. The Systems Analyst will assess the overall design of assigned technical projects (custom or product strategy) and recommend best practices for solutions based on business needs. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to take projects from initial ideation through to successful completion, ensuring that innovative solutions are effectively implemented and integrated into existing processes. In this role, you will be responsible for HR data foundation and leading the suite of People Analytics solutions and data analytics technology, including platform management (Databricks), comprehensive data modeling, and visualization standards. You will develop and maintain comprehensive data modeling standards across all layers (bronze/silver/gold in Databricks context).
