Requirements

  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Workday HCM and Adaptive Planning, including configuration, system integrations, and post-production support.
  • Proven expertise in Workday modules, data quality and integrity, system configuration, integrations, and process optimization.
  • A sharp eye for detail and a structured, analytical mindset that allows you to identify system issues and drive meaningful improvements.
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced global environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Human Resources, Information Systems, or Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
  • A Workday Adaptive Planning certification is preferred and considered a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a subject matter expert in both Workday HCM and Adaptive Planning, ensuring alignment with organizational HR and financial planning processes.
  • Provide post-production support for Adaptive Planning, resolving issues and optimizing solutions to meet evolving business needs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver integrated, high-quality Workday and Adaptive Planning solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline HR and financial planning workflows and automate routine processes.
  • Perform regular system maintenance and configuration within Workday and Adaptive Planning.
  • Deliver end-user training and create documentation for both HRIS and Adaptive Planning tools.
