About The Position

The HRIS System Administrator administers Dayforce across enabled modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Workforce Management, Benefits, Recruiting and Talent. The role configures and maintains workflows, business rules, forms, organizational structures and reference data, translating approved requirements into system changes while balancing regional needs with global consistency. The administrator also maintains configuration documentation and operating procedures. The position provides system support to HR Services, Payroll and other teams by investigating escalated issues, troubleshooting configuration, access and data problems, tracking support requests, communicating progress, and addressing recurring issues. It supports security and data quality through role and permission maintenance, access reviews, audits, data corrections and secure handling of employee information. The administrator reviews Dayforce releases, tests configuration changes and updates, coordinates user acceptance testing, follows change control procedures, and identifies process improvements. The role also creates and maintains reports, dashboards and scheduled reporting; supports integrations and data import, export and reconciliation; and contributes to implementation readiness, data conversion checks, end-to-end testing, cutover, go-live and hypercare. The position helps establish sustainable support procedures, ownership and escalation routes. Success in the role is measured by prompt resolution of issues with fewer recurrences, accurate and well-documented configuration changes, reliable employee data and access permissions, minimally disruptive releases, and reduced manual support for routine tasks.
