SummaryThe HRIS Specialist supports the administration and maintenance of HCM systems, including SuccessFactors, by executing configuration, reporting and analytics, testing, data maintenance, and user support activities. This role may be the SME for one or more modules in SuccessFactors, i.e. Employee Central, Recruiting Onboarding, Performance, Compensation, and/or Learning. Monitor and troubleshoots integrations and resolves issues. This role partners with Business Unit Leaders,, HR, IT, and Payroll to support system enhancements, integrations, and daily HR technology operations while ensuring accurate data and effective system usage.
