Requirements

  • 5+ years HRIS experience; 2+ years hands-on Dayforce
  • End-to-end Dayforce implementation experience
  • Strong HR, Payroll, and Benefits process knowledge
  • Advanced reporting and analytics skills
  • Excellent cross-functional communication

Nice To Haves

  • Global or multi-entity experience
  • Systems integrations exposure
  • Dayforce or HRIS certification

Responsibilities

  • Implement and optimize Dayforce modules across the employee lifecycle
  • Configure workflows, dashboards, and business rules
  • Improve automation, data accuracy, and system usability
  • Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and Finance on system design
  • Manage testing, releases, and enhancements
  • Build reports and analytics to support leaders
  • Maintain data integrity, privacy, and security
  • Provide user support, documentation, and training
