Requirements

5+ years HRIS experience; 2+ years hands-on Dayforce
End-to-end Dayforce implementation experience
Strong HR, Payroll, and Benefits process knowledge
Advanced reporting and analytics skills
Excellent cross-functional communication

Nice To Haves

Global or multi-entity experience
Systems integrations exposure
Dayforce or HRIS certification

Responsibilities

Implement and optimize Dayforce modules across the employee lifecycle
Configure workflows, dashboards, and business rules
Improve automation, data accuracy, and system usability
Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and Finance on system design
Manage testing, releases, and enhancements
Build reports and analytics to support leaders
Maintain data integrity, privacy, and security
Provide user support, documentation, and training
