The HRIS Specialist – Dayforce plays a critical role in enabling accurate, secure, and data-informed people operations through the thoughtful stewardship of our Dayforce platform. Reporting to the Senior Manager, People Operations, this role serves as the primary Dayforce administrator and system owner. this role serves as the primary Dayforce administrator and system owner, while also supporting and optimizing additional tools within the HR tech stack such as Pave (compensation planning), Culture Amp (engagement and performance), Built (position management), and other people systems. This role is central to how we deliver a seamless employee experience—through trusted data, reliable systems, and purposeful innovation.
