This role will be responsible for day-to-day system administration, data integrity, reporting, and ongoing configuration support across Workday modules. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail with a proven ability to manage and validate complex data
  • HR Systems experience
  • Exceptional Excel expertise with a proven ability to translate raw data into actionable insights through advanced formulas, PivotTables, scenario modeling, and automated reporting tools.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify discrepancies, and recommend solutions
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of discretion when handling confidential employee data

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience supporting Workday in an HRIS or systems role
  • Workday certifications (HCM, Recruiting, Reporting, or related modules)
  • Experience supporting Workday implementations or system upgrades
  • Knowledge of HR processes including onboarding, compensation, performance management, or payroll
  • Experience working in a fast-growing or matrixed organization

Responsibilities

  • Frontline support for HR employee questions through global ticketing system
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for Workday, supporting daily operations and system functionality
  • Maintain and configure Workday business processes, security roles, and data structures
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of employee data through audits, reconciliations, and validation checks
  • Support Workday modules such as HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Time Tracking, or Payroll (based on business needs)
  • Build and maintain standard to support HR, Finance, and business stakeholders
  • Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and IT teams to gather requirements and implement system enhancements
  • Assist with Workday releases by testing new functionality, documenting changes, and supporting end-user communications
  • Troubleshoot system issues and resolve data discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, job aids, and training materials
  • Support compliance, audits, and data governance initiatives
