This is a full-time position working 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm. The Entry Level HRIS Specialist provides essential support to the Senior HRIS Analyst in administering, maintaining, and optimizing the credit union’s Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and related HR technology platforms (e.g., payroll, time & attendance, benefits, talent acquisition, performance, and compensation systems). This role assists with maintaining data accuracy, security, reporting, and workflow efficiency throughout the employee lifecycle. Working closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, Compliance, and business leaders, the HRIS Specialist helps sustain member centric operations, regulatory compliance, and continuous system improvement. The role contributes to system support, documentation, testing, and release activities to help maintain a stability, compliant, and user friendly HR technology environment.
