As our HRIS & Payroll Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll while serving as a trusted resource for employees, managers, and leadership. This is a highly visible position that combines payroll expertise, HRIS administration, reporting and analytics, benefits support, and process improvement. You'll work closely with Human Resources, Finance, vendors, and leaders across the organization to deliver exceptional service and maintain the integrity of our people data.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • 3-5+ years of progressive payroll experience, including multi-department payroll processing.
  • Advanced Excel skills and the ability to analyze large, complex datasets.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll administration, payroll taxes, wage and hour regulations, and payroll compliance.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms; Dayforce experience strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) credential a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end semi-monthly payroll processing using Dayforce.
  • Maintain employee payroll and HRIS data, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and data integrity.
  • Create and analyze payroll, labor, benefits, compliance, and workforce reports to support business decisions.
  • Administer payroll-related programs including garnishments, deductions, retirement plan funding, and payroll tax activities.
  • Support benefits administration, open enrollment, vendor reconciliation, and carrier integrations.
  • Partner with leaders and employees to resolve payroll, HRIS, and timekeeping questions.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and process improvement across HR and payroll operations.

Benefits

  • The pay range for this position is $90,000 to $95,000.
