About The Position

This role offers a strategic opportunity to lead and optimize global HR technology systems, ensuring they effectively support a growing, distributed workforce. You will oversee the full HRIS ecosystem, driving system implementations, enhancements, and governance to streamline workflows and improve organizational efficiency. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will partner with HR and cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business needs while maintaining compliance with data privacy and security standards. This position requires a hands-on leader who can manage a high-performing team, deliver actionable insights from HR data, and champion best practices across HR systems. Requirements

  • 6–8 years of experience with HRIS systems, with hands-on Workday experience strongly preferred.
  • Prior experience managing or leading small teams, with a collaborative and coaching-oriented approach.
  • Exposure to global HR operations (supporting 6–10+ countries) is highly desirable.
  • Deep knowledge of HRIS concepts, principles, and best practices, including payroll, learning, recognition, and HRIS/ERP integrations.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and a service-oriented mindset.
  • Experience managing ticketing or request queues (e.g., Zendesk, ServiceNow, JIRA) to ensure high user satisfaction.
  • Ability to balance global strategy with local requirements and navigate multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with HR data to identify trends, insights, and efficiencies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and technical support skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion with HR data.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the HRIS team, providing coaching, development, and mentorship to HRIS Analysts.
  • Assess organizational needs and current HR systems, recommending enhancements and improvements to optimize processes.
  • Oversee the deployment and maintenance of HRIS tools, ensuring systems operate efficiently and securely.
  • Collaborate with HR and cross-functional stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and implement system improvements.
  • Partner with IT teams to ensure HR systems align with overall company technology strategy.
  • Standardize ticketing workflows, monitor SLAs, and ensure timely, high-quality support for HR system users.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide actionable insights for HR and business leaders.
  • Establish best practices for HRIS governance, permissions, and compliance with global privacy regulations.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation and training resources for end users across the organization.
