About The Position

KemperSports is seeking a Temporary HRIS Data Analyst to support data cleanup, validation, and system optimization within their UKG Human Capital Management (HCM) environment. This role involves identifying and correcting data discrepancies, maintaining business rules, validating employee records, and contributing to HRIS data integrity projects. The position is heavily focused on data entry, data validation, and repetitive transactional work, requiring the ability to review large volumes of employee records and make consistent updates. The ideal candidate enjoys working with data, is comfortable with repetitive tasks requiring high accuracy, and can maintain focus and attention to detail throughout lengthy projects.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working with UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) preferred.
  • Experience with HRIS, payroll, workforce management, or employee data systems a plus.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, auditing, and validation.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform repetitive, detail-oriented work accurately and efficiently.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain concentration while working through high-volume data entry and record correction tasks.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive employee information with discretion and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Research and resolve Benefit Administration validation errors and system exceptions.
  • Review and correct discrepancies between employee Status Dates and Last Hire Dates.
  • Inactivate active secondary jobs for terminated employees.
  • Identify and resolve duplicate employee ID records.
  • Perform mailing address audits and data cleanup activities.
  • Correct secondary job start dates to align with employee hire dates.
  • Review, update, and maintain company Business Rules.
  • Assist with additional workforce management and payroll-related data corrections.
  • Support HRIS data integrity initiatives and special projects.
  • Follow up on data correction requests submitted by HR, Payroll, and operational teams.
  • Complete large-scale data entry and data cleanup projects involving hundreds or thousands of employee records.
