HRIS Coordinator PRN - ROC

About The Position

Under the supervision of the System Director Human Resources for the STHS, this role prepares necessary reports and other analysis from the HRIS database for end users. The HRIS Coordinator maintains the job description database, assists with duties related to the annual review process, and audits HRIS data to ensure compliance with job code table, supervisory codes, employment status, FTE values, and other Lawson data entry parameters. This position also assists with special projects as required by the STHS System Director of Human Resources.

Requirements

  • 4 years of relevant HRIS experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of current computer software with specialization in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point).
  • Good communication skills, excellent organizational skills, ability to multi task.
  • Must demonstrate commitment and adherence to STHS’s Compliance Program and Code of Conduct through compliance with all policies and procedures, the Code of Conduct, attendance at required training and immediately reporting suspected compliance issue(s) to the Compliance Officer.
