The HRIS & Financial Systems Implementation Manager leads the implementation, optimization, and ongoing administration of FABco's enterprise HR, payroll, and financial systems. This position is responsible for managing system implementations, data migration, configuration, testing, integrations, reporting, process design, and change management initiatives while serving as the primary internal owner of the Company's HRIS and financial technology platforms. The role partners closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, Operations, IT, and external vendors to ensure systems support business objectives, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and scalable growth.
