About The Position

Revolution Medicines is a clinical-stage precision oncology company focused on developing novel targeted therapies to inhibit frontier targets in RAS-addicted cancers. The company’s R&D pipeline comprises RAS(ON) Inhibitors designed to suppress diverse oncogenic variants of RAS proteins, and RAS Companion Inhibitors for use in combination treatment strategies. As a new member of the Revolution Medicines team, you will join other outstanding Revolutionaries in a tireless commitment to patients with cancers harboring mutations in the RAS signaling pathway. The Opportunity: We seeking a detail oriented and proactive HRIS Analyst to support and enhance our HR technology ecosystem. This role plays a key part in maintaining system stability, improving the employee experience, and supporting data-driven HR initiatives. The HRIS Analyst will provide day-to-day system administration and reporting support while contributing to Workday enhancements and process improvements in partnership with People Technology, HR stakeholders, and IT. This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in Workday who is eager to continue developing their technical and functional expertise.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on HRIS experience with Workday.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business, or a related field.
  • Understanding of HR business processes and the employee data lifecycle.
  • Experience supporting Workday Core HCM, with exposure to modules such as Advanced Compensation, Talent & Performance.
  • Experience building Workday reports and performing data analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to partner with stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and deliver high-quality, customer-focused solutions.
  • Knowledge of HR compliance and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, SOX).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment while maintaining data confidentiality and integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support for Workday, including system maintenance, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
  • Support core HR processes across the employee lifecycle (e.g., onboarding, job changes, compensation, talent records).
  • Execute mass data updates, system testing, and scheduled system maintenance.
  • Maintain system documentation, process guides, and standard operating procedures.
  • Configure, maintainWorkday functionality within Core HCM, Learning, Talent & Performance under the guidance of senior HRIS team members.
  • Support Workday enhancements, system upgrades, and new feature implementations in partnership with the HR Technology Lead.
  • Assist with business process updates, calculated fields, and security configuration as assigned.
  • Identify opportunities to improve system usability and efficiency through analysis of current processes.
  • Perform regular data audits and validation checks to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Build and maintain standard and ad hoc Workday reports and dashboards to support HR, Finance, and leadership needs.
  • Support compliance efforts and audit requests related to HR systems and data privacy (e.g., SOX, GDPR).
  • Participate in Workday initiatives such as enhancements, integrations, and module rollouts as contributing team member.
  • Partner with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate needs into system solutions.
  • Support testing, documentation, deployment, and post-implementation activities.
