About The Position
A well-established and growing manufacturing company is looking for their first true HRIS Analyst. This role will be the company’s subject matter expert and point-of-contact overseeing all aspects of their UKG Pro Suite and other related HR systems. This includes administration, communication, configuration, reporting, integrations, and optimization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of HRIS experience with UKG Pro Suite
- Strong technical skills (i.e., SQL knowledge, basic coding experience, experience with SFTP and API connections, excellent Excel skills, etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree
Responsibilities
- Overseeing all aspects (i.e., administration, communication, configuration, reporting, integrations, optimization, etc.) of their UKG Pro Suite and other related HR systems.
