Job Summary The HRIS Analyst supports the organization’s HR technology ecosystem by administering and optimizing HRIS platforms, integrations, reporting, and data governance. This role partners closely with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and IT to ensure accurate employee data, effective workflows, secure access, and timely analytics for business decisions and compliance reporting. The HRIS Analyst is also a primary point of contact for troubleshooting HR system issues, supporting system upgrades, maintaining interfaces, and producing scheduled/ad hoc reports. In this environment, the HRIS Analyst will work across a multi-system landscape that includes UKG (multiple instances), Dayforce, and SAP, along with related HR technology and interfaces.
