About The Position

This role is a 12-month contract to cover a maternity leave, operating under a hybrid work model. The HRIS Analyst will be responsible for the development, evolution, and maintenance of the technological solutions used by the Employee Success team. Reporting directly to the Employee Success Manager, this individual will act as a key resource for the administration and optimization of our systems, providing direct support to the Employee Success team while collaborating with IT and external partners as needed. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Systems, Computer Science, or any related field.
  • Experience in an advisory role with business sectors to align business needs and IT solutions.
  • Expertise in HRIS solutions, particularly Ceridian Dayforce, is an asset.
  • Participation in major IT projects as a business analyst.
  • Proficiency in business process documentation techniques.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Bilingualism (French and English).
  • Must be legally permitted to work in Canada, without any additional sponsorship support.

Responsibilities

  • Administer, manage, and configure Dayforce system modules.
  • Create and maintain positions, organizational structures, and workflow rules.
  • Configure and support periodic HR cycles, ensuring data quality and consistency within the system.
  • Perform testing and validation during updates or deployments to guarantee system stability.
  • Develop and automate processes and reports within the system.
  • Act as the system point of contact and serve as backup for certain team tasks.
  • Stay up to date on trends and best practices in HRIS and employee experience.
  • Administer the LMS (Learning Management System): profile creation, access management, external vendor setup, configurations, and user support.
  • Provide user support (employees, managers, HR) for course access, LMS navigation, and training tracking.
  • Participate in optimizing LMS processes to facilitate training tracking and compliance with legal requirements.
  • Assist with entering certificates and training hours into the LMS to ensure traceability and compliance with the 1% training law.
  • Understand HR business challenges and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Analyze and document HR and payroll processes to identify efficiency gains.
  • Translate operational and functional needs into technical specifications for IT.
  • Lead continuous improvement projects for HRIS and LMS.
  • Document requirements, configurations, and user access according to security standards.
  • Provide first-level support to HRIS and LMS users (employees, managers, Employee Success team).
