Corpay is currently looking to hire an HRIS Analyst within our HR division. This position falls under our Shared Services line of business and is located in Atlanta, GA. In this role, you will be responsible for bringing Human Resources information system solutions to life. This includes partnering with internal business colleagues to understand their needs, analyzing current system capabilities and gaps, and implementing solutions on time, on budget, and that meet the business goals. The HRIS Analyst acts as a liaison between Human Resources users who have a business problem and external vendors to create automated solutions. As the SME for our payroll, benefits, and Human Capital Management (HCM) systems and reporting tools/solutions, you will partner with the HR, Talent Acquisition (TA), payroll, and benefits teams to provide HRIS administration and support. You will report directly to the VP HR Systems and regularly collaborate with the team members in the department. How We Work As an HRIS Analyst, you will be expected to work in an office environment.
