Our Loews Hotels & Co Home Office teams provide support to all our properties throughout the United States. Our talented teams provide guidance over strategic planning, operations, revenue management, communications, marketing, finance, human resources, and information technology. This position is based at the Loews Hotels & Co Business Services Center in Franklin, TN. The HRIS Analyst will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing Workday HRIS and providing both administrative-user and end-user support. Loews Hotels & Co is currently using Workday’s HCM, Recruiting, Talent and Performance, Payroll, Benefits, Learning, Advanced Compensation, and Absence modules. HRIS Analysts may specialize in multiple functional areas and are cross trained to provide support across all modules. Troubleshooting, training, documenting enhancements and module optimization are also key components of the HRIS Analyst role.
