The HRIS Analyst serves as the functional and technical resource for Workday Absence and Benefits, supporting the administration, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of absence, leave, and benefits programs across the organization. This role partners closely with Benefits, Payroll, HR Business Partners, Labor Relations, and business stakeholders to ensure Workday solutions effectively support business requirements, regulatory compliance, and collective bargaining agreement provisions. Leveraging deep knowledge of union environments and complex leave and benefits programs, the HRIS Analyst analyzes business needs, translates requirements into scalable Workday solutions, and supports ongoing system enhancements. The role is responsible for maintaining data integrity, supporting business processes, developing reports and analytics, conducting testing, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring accurate administration of union and non-union absence and benefits programs.
