The Workday Time Tracking Configurator is responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Workday Time Tracking and Absence (as applicable). This role partners with HR/ER, Payroll, and Integrations team to ensure time entry, approvals, calculations, and outputs are accurate and scalable. A key component of the role is delivering time tracking reporting and analytics, including operational dashboards, compliance reporting, and data quality monitoring. SS&C combines proprietary technology with deep industry expertise to support complex financial and health care operations. Our teams design, implement, and operate solutions that help clients manage data, automate processes, and scale their businesses with confidence. You will work with industry experts, modern platforms, and evolving technologies, gaining exposure to real-world operational challenges and large-scale enterprise environments.
