ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES including but not limited to the following: Provide technical support to the HR department and other employees in relation to the HRIS system. This includes training on how to input and extract data from the system. Manages and maintains HRIS, ensuring data integrity, system security, and customization of system features. Analyzes HR processes and recommends solutions to improve operations including data integration. Develops custom reports and analyses from HRIS data, including turnover trends, headcount, absenteeism rates. Conducts regular audits of HRIS data to ensure accuracy and integrity. Gathers data for third party audits on an as needed basis. Develops and maintains HRIS documentation for reference, training and troubleshooting. Supports compliance and reporting requirements of EEO-1, ACA and other regulatory processes. Assists with implementation of HR system projects/implementations from top to bottom including working with external vendors. Evaluates technology trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and continuous improvement in HR processes. Teaming up with your peers: teamwork matters in this role.
