Remote HRIS Analyst Position Minimum Qualifications 5+ years of hands-on HRIS experience, including advanced Workday configuration and production support Strong configuration expertise in 3+ Workday modules (Core HCM required; experience in Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, Talent/Performance, Absence, or Recruiting preferred) Advanced experience supporting Workday Performance & Talent configurations (review templates, calibration, eligibility rules, business processes, condition rules, and security) Strong knowledge of Workday integrations, including EIBs, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, APIs/web services, and third-party vendor file transmissions Deep understanding of Workday reporting, dashboards, calculated fields, security administration, SOX compliance, and internal controls Experience leading Workday release testing and feature adoption strategy Advanced Microsoft Excel skills preferred Proven ability to prioritize competing priorities and manage multiple projects Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management Ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Payroll, IT, and external vendors Comfort Systems USA is composed of more than 45 operating companies in over 170 locations across the United States.
