This role partners with internal and external stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, support data integration projects, and assist end users across various HR platforms including LMS, Recruiting, and Onboarding modules.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years experience with HCM systems (SuccessFactors, Ceridian, ADP, UltiPro, Paychex)
  • 1–3 years understanding of database logic/design (rows, columns)
  • 1–3 years advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas, Functions)
  • 1–3 years strong customer service and communication skills
  • 1–3 years critical thinking and analytical ability
  • 1–3 years ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Technical aptitude with HR systems and data integrations
  • Ability to follow procedures and work under general supervision
  • Strong interpersonal skills for team collaboration and stakeholder communication
  • Familiarity with system configuration and security administration

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Human Resources, Statistics, or related field (Preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Partner with stakeholders to troubleshoot HR system and integration/file feed issues
  • Support implementation and testing of new/recurring data integration projects
  • Provide technical support for Sonepeople modules (LMS, Recruiting, Onboarding)
  • Perform system configuration tasks including table maintenance, security design, and administration
  • Assist with reporting and analytics as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned
