The Workday Benefits & Leave Analyst (Level 1-2) is a key member of our Workday HRIS team, responsible for providing frontline support for Workday Benefits, Absence, and Holiday configurations. This role serves as Level 1-2 support for Workday Case management, compliance monitoring, union benefit administration, open enrollment coordination, configuration, auditing, and reporting. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for partnering with cross-functional teams including HRIS, Payroll, Compliance, HR Business Partners, and Benefits to deliver exceptional employee experiences.
