About The Position

Cascadia Healthcare is seeking an experienced HRIS Administrator to join our collaborative and mission-driven HR team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys optimizing systems, solving problems, and partnering across HR, Payroll, IT, and Finance to improve the employee experience. At Cascadia, you won’t just support systems, you’ll support people. Our HRIS team plays a key role in ensuring accurate data, smooth processes, and scalable solutions that allow us to care for our employees so they can care for others. What You’ll Do Serve as the administrator for HRIS platforms (Workday, UKG, Paylocity experience a plus) Maintain data accuracy, security, and integrity across HR systems Configure and support workflows, business processes, security roles, and system rules Troubleshoot system issues and provide excellent support to HR partners and employees Build and maintain standard and ad-hoc reports and dashboards Support system upgrades, testing, integrations, acquisitions, and enhancements Partner with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues and drive improvements Conduct audits to ensure compliance and data consistency Create documentation, user guides, and provide training to HR users and managers

Requirements

  • 3+ years of HRIS administration experience with an HRIS platform (Workday, UKG, or Paylocity strongly preferred)
  • Strong understanding of core HR processes (HR, benefits, payroll, reporting
  • Experience supporting integrations and data interface
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and solutions-focused
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset
  • Flexible hybrid work environment with regular in-office collaboration required
