Job Responsibilities: Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for HRIS platforms Maintain ownership of HR-related compliance by ensuring HR systems, processes, and records meet internal standards, audit requirements, and applicable regulations Continuously evaluate and improve HRIS systems to strengthen efficiency, compliance, data accuracy, and user experience Ensure HRIS data is accurate and reliable to support audits, reporting, and compliance reviews Lead HRIS system implementations, upgrades, testing, security administration, and ongoing system improvements Partner with HR, IT, payroll, benefits, and quality teams to resolve issues and support system and compliance needs Manage and prioritize requests for system enhancements, process improvements, and new HR technology solutions Ensure compliance with data privacy, record retention, and employment-related requirements Create and maintain standard and ad hoc reports, while training and supporting users on reporting tools and data accuracy Analyze HR and talent data to support decision-making, workforce planning, and continuous improvement Identify and address system or process issues that may impact compliance, quality, or employee experience Communicate clearly with internal teams, vendors, and auditors regarding system functionality and compliance topics Assist with internal and external audits related to HR systems and quality compliance Perform other job-related duties as assigned Education, Skills and Experience: Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or a combination of education and relevant experience Knowledge of Human Resource systems, Internet software, Project Management software, Spreadsheet software, and Word Processing software. License, Certification or Special Requirements: Limited travel required between Ohio facilities Preferred experience with UKG (UltiPro/Kronos) Work Environment and Physical Demands: The work environment and physical demands described here are representative of those that an employee will encounter to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
