About The Position

As a People Partner supporting the Mobility corporate functions, you will work closely with business leaders and people managers during an exciting period of transformation. Our distributed global People Team operates in a highly collaborative environment, partnering across functions without relying on traditional hierarchy, and values agility, innovation, and excellence in delivering people strategies that drive business success. You will report to the Senior Director, Global People Partner. We currently observe a hybrid working schedule with 3 days/week working in the office.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in similar industries with background in HR business partnering or consulting within a matrix organization
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or business-related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Understanding of employment law across multiple jurisdictions and solid business acumen
  • Ability to work effectively in complex, matrixed global organizations and build influence through collaboration
  • Experience working with diverse leadership styles and communicating effectively with senior managers
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to work with data dashboards and HR metrics

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting organizational change initiatives or transformation projects within large organizations
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Workday for talent management and workforce planning
  • Experience in coaching and development with demonstrated ability to support managers and teams through business changes
  • Project coordination experience with ability to support cross-functional initiatives across distributed teams and contribute to efficiency improvements

Responsibilities

  • Support business partnering across Change Management, Organization Design, Talent and Development, Succession Planning, Total Rewards and Employee Relations issues under guidance of senior People Partners
  • Assist in providing guidance to business leaders and people managers on people strategies while supporting team development initiatives in the context of organizational change
  • Support engagement and retention initiatives while assisting with change management efforts and organizational capability building, including implementing strategies to build future-ready capabilities
  • Contribute to cultural integration efforts within the division and support broader Mobility organization initiatives that drive synergy savings and cost-effectiveness targets
  • Partner with shared service organizations (finance, legal, strategy, communications, IT) on team-specific needs and topics
  • Execute core annual people processes (Engagement, Performance, Talent, Promotions) in partnership with Shared People Organizations and the broader Global People team
  • Support talent mobility initiatives and capability building programs across the Mobility ecosystem while assisting with the transition to a stand-alone, publicly traded company structure
