Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a HR & Workplace Chief of Staff to join our HR & Workplace Leadership Team (HR & WP LT) based in Herndon, VA. In this role you will be responsible to the Vice President of Human Resources to ensure that the VP of HR & Workplace and the HR & WP LT are delivering on Human Resources & Workplace regional priorities. You are primarily responsible for long-term planning, prioritizing, organizing, and executing on the HR & Workplace team strategy and goals. Assisting in the integration of HR & WP reporting and accountabilities into the region, as well as the integration into the global HR & WP function in Europe is critical to success in the role.
