Organization & Team Overview Enterprise Business Intelligence is a center of excellence comprised of Engineers, Analysts, Scientists, and Machine Learning experts working to translate Comcast’s data into actionable intelligence that drives profitable growth for the company. As a member of this team, you’ll be at the forefront of developing data driven strategies to address business problems. The Human Resources / Workforce Enterprise Analytics group partners with HR and business leaders to translate workforce and people data into actionable insights. As a member of this team, you will help transform data into insights that improve how the organization attracts, rewards, and develops its people. Role Description As an HR / Workforce Data & Analytics Co ‑ op, you will leverage data, analysis, and insights to help answer complex workforce ‑ related business questions. This role involves working with structured datasets and applying analytical and statistical techniques — including predictive modeling and experimentation — to generate insights that inform both business and HR strategy. You will use programming skills to aggregate, transform, and analyze data. In partnership with team members and HR stakeholders, you will translate business problems into analytical approaches and communicate findings through clear, compelling data storytelling. What are some interesting problems the student will work on? In your role, you will drive insights through analytics to provide critical data to our HR and business leaders as they make decisions.
